People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats.

Animals
Inside of Stadium:
GEODIS Park welcomes certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III Law. If you need assistance in advance of an event, please call (615) 701-2500 and ask to speak with our Guest Experience team. A relief area can be found at Gate F on the South side of the Stadium.
Please note, comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Other species of animals, whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained, are not considered service animals. A doctor’s letter does not turn an animal into a service animal, and unfortunately, animals identified under these categories will be denied access to the Stadium.
Outside of Stadium:
Event Day: For most events, animals are not permitted in exterior event-related spaces such as tailgate areas, The North Plaza, and Fan Fest areas. Exceptions to this policy may vary based on event type. Certified, leashed service animals in accordance with the ADA title II and III law are permitted.
Non-Event Day: Dogs are permitted in areas such as The North Plaza if on leash. All waste must be picked up and discarded in an appropriate container.
Please be advised GEODIS Park reserves the right to exclude service animals which act in “out of control” manners. If the service animal does not fit under your seat you will need to purchase a ticket for the animal.
