Ready to take on your first 5K or have you already completed a 5K or graduated from a run/walk program and ready for what’s next? No Boundaries 5K training program is an eight-week, coach-led program designed to help you run your first or next 5K with strength, confidence, and consistency. You’ll get structure, support from mentors, and the motivation of a community alongside you. This is a running-focused program for participants who want to build on the achievement of finishing a 5K. You’ll learn how to run stronger, steadier, and feel more confident from start to finish.
